My blog is about my life as a Proud Transwoman of Color and how I have navigated through life through all my tribulations and where I am today and where I am heading (that’s if I have a clue). I am here to share my truth and not spill the T. However I will keep my blog as short as possible.
I also wanted to do this blog to show Trans Visibility in the hopes that people can make their own informed decisions about the Trans and Gender Diverse community and not base it on what they seen on TV shows, News, or any sort of media which most cases isn’t always correct.
I am using this platform to tell my own story and not rely on other people or media outlets, I don’t need to be famous to do what I do, I just need to just do it! I am my own representation and I am my own story.
I decided to do a this blog after many years of procrastinating about it, but it wasn’t till I listen to the Queerstories on iTunes, a live storytelling show and podcast from our LGBTQI community leaders, writers, entertainers, activist, and your every day regular folks, Queerstoires was created by Maeve Marsden.
Whatever you take from this, I hope you inspire yourself to do something great for yourself.
